This addition connects two formerly isolated pavilions – one a three story tower, accessed by a bridge; the other, a two-car garage. Built into a steep slope in the woods, the new connector houses a kitchen, dining and living at the middle level, connecting to a terrace on grade at the rear. A new back stair connects the kitchen and pantry to the garage, and to a new screen porch cantilevered off the back of the garage, a half level below a new roof terrace.
