AKA "Residence for Mr. and Mrs. John Dreier” c.1975, by architect Hugh Newell Jacobsen. RWA has overseen the complete restoration, with minor alterations, of this iconic landmark of residential modern design. Scope of work included new kitchen and baths, replacement of exterior envelope including roofing, glazing, doors, and exterior cladding, and integration with a newly conceived landscape.
